HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE CONTAINER?

10-days, unless other arrangements where made when ordered.

 

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?

Yes, not to exceed 10 tons of material loaded

 

CAN I FILL THE CONTAINER TO THE TOP?

All materials must be inside the container, nothing over or exceeding the top. By law we are required to tarp each load for transport. Heavy materials such as dirt, rock, concrete, brick and asphalt should not fill the container over 16 inches from the bottom. We cannot pick-up a container that is over full. You will be responsible for removing excess or a material.

 

CAN I HAVE THE CONTAINER PUT IN THE STREET?

Yes, if the customer obtains the proper permits from The City Of Tucson and hires a barricade company to safely surround container.

 

CAN I MOVE CONTAINER?

No, We do our best to place your container in a convenient and safe space, you may not move container. Moving the container causes damage to the underside. If damage occurs you are responsible for the cost's of repair.

 

ARE YOU RENTING THE CONTAINER?

No, you are paying a landfill fee.

 

WHAT CANNOT BE PUT IN CONTAINERS?

• Explosives

• Railroad ties

• Ammunition

• Propane tanks

• Any type of pressurised container

• Regulated hazardous waste

• Regulated polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) - (Widely used as dielectric and coolant fluids in electrical apparatus.)

• Universal waste - (Batteries, Pesticides, Mercury-containing equipment.)

• Regulated radioactive materials

• Bulk liquids

• Raw septage

• Intact automobiles

• Units containing refrigerants

• Whole tires

• Lead acid batteries

• Waste oil

• Human or animal waste

• Any wastes prohibited by Federal, State of Arizona statute or regulation or City policy.
